Halise (Zhejiang) New Energy Ltd. is a Hi-Tech battery manufacturer dedicated to offer high quality Lithium Ion batteries. Co***ny is located in Yuyao city, Zhejiang province, east of China. Halise has a total investment of 60 million RMB, the factory covers over 10,000 square meters and which owns more than 400 employees.
The factory of Halise is located in a beautiful town named Hemudu in Yuyao city, a place has more than 7,000 years history of Chinese culture. Co***ny has about 400 employees, more than 50 stuffs dedicated to research & development in lithium battery technologies. Halise also built a joint research relationship with Center South University in China, which is the top leading University in research & development of Lithium-ion materials & batteries technologies.
In order to well build our core competences, we have adopted 4 production lines with fully automated equipments. Our technical team conducted the strict & effective water-based manufacturing processes under the indication of ISO 9001:2008 standards. The advanced manufacturing method makes battery quality became more reliable and total cost could be pull down considerably. Halise also take high quality materials from famous & qualified co***nies in Japan, Taiwan and China. Like LiFePO4 materials we bought come from Taiwan Co***nies which have official authorization of Canada Phostech, and separators come from Japanese co***nies. With nice materials, effective manufacturing methods, fully automated equipments and high precision control system, we could offer high quality lithium batteries.
Halise products include LiFePO4 prismatic cells, LiFePO4 cylindrical cells, LiMn2O4 cylindrical cells etc. They have good performance, long life***n, high energy density and good safety performance. They have obtained CE, RoHS, UKAS, MA certifications etc. Batteries also have patents from manufacturing way, shape design to packing method.
